Car Wash Direct MailJust like the MAIL-A-CARD program, the Quick Card is basically the same direct mail program, but you supply the database. The other difference is that you only have to purchase a minimum of 1000 postcards. Since this program is on a smaller scale, it’s faster to get out, hence the name, Quick Card. If you do not have a database, however, we can include that for a small fee. This program is perfect for test marketing and seasonal promotions.

Perfect for any budget, the Promo Card is the answer for keeping your car wash name recognized and branding your site. Because the cost for this is so affordable, you can run promotions all year round. The Promo Card is a business-size card printed in full color. You can use random coding, single coding or no code at all. The Promo Card is quickly designed by our Graphic Design Department with your logo, promotion and codes. The minimum quantity is 1000. The Promo Card works well for quick promotions, co-op programs, fundraisers and seasonal promotions such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas and more. Grand Openings also benefit from the Promo Card. This card cannot be mailed by itself because of it’s size, but can be either handed out, mailed in a group mailing in your local area, or mailed in an envelope. You can also use the Promo Card for co-oping with local businesses, but we recommend promoting a “discounted” car wash instead of a “free” car wash.

The SWIPE-N-CLEAN technology also brings fun in creating your own FREQUENT CAR WASH CLUB and/or rewards program. Simply inputting a 6-digit code, the customer can have the privilege of a car wash club membership.

Because the SWIPE-N-CLEAN can record data, you are able to create a database of your members. The code will identify your customer and, in a sence, works similar to a debit account. Members pay for wash packages and earn free or discounted washes, vacuums or promotional gifts... you choose the prize!

Not only will you have a list of car wash users, but you will have created a targeted segment of your market in establishing product use and purchase behavior.

The key to a successful direct mail program is to create action... make an offer. Here the operator offered a free cycle in the self-serve bay but also used the 4 x 6 postcard to promote vending supplies, vacuums and the automatic as well as informing you that all equipment accepts the Golden Dollar.

The back of the card is printed in black only and has a detailed description of your offer along with instructions for the customer on how to input the code.

This car wash operator also offered a free cycle in the self-serve bay and took advantage of promoting the entire car wash. Bright colors, photos and easily read text are three main components in creating a dynamic piece of mail.
